Job Summary:

This role will primarily focus on processing employee master data transactions, participating in the semi-monthly payroll procedures, processing invoices, and participating in various data projects that support the HR department.

Essential functions:

  • Provides day-to-day administration of employee master data, including processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, leaves, promotions, transfers etc.) for select employee group(s);

  • Collects, reconciles, and submits semi-monthly payroll data for select employee groups(s);

  • Maintains a high level of data integrity, flagging and resolving inconsistencies when appropriate;

  • Actively participates in projects and meetings for assigned business group and HR department;

  • Responds to daily, weekly, monthly, and/or ad-hoc reporting requests;

  • In collaboration with the HR Director, manages and coordinates the data collection activities for Pactiv’s global compensation program (e.g., annual bonus and merit cycles, semi-annual wage analysis, etc.)

  • Manages the invoice process; including working with Procurement and AP to set up new vendors and requisitions, process invoices and follow up on overdue invoices.

Required Skills/abilities:

  • Spanish verbal and written communication

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • A continuous improvement mindset with analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools (ADP, SAP, Basware, iCIMS, etc.)

Education and Experience:

  • One (1) to three (3) years of prior related experience
