Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage daily driver time reporting and make adjustments as needed
Calculate, process and administer driver payroll
Review, process and submit invoices that support the shuttle fleet program
Create and adjust weekly and daily schedules
Track and manage trailer pool between sites
Identify opportunities for supplemental work to maintain a full work schedule
Coordinate equipment (tractors, trailers) maintenance and repair with local service provider
Qualifications
Additional Responsibilities:
Execute various SAP transactions relative to the shipping operations
Manage CHEP pallet inventory
Prepare and print various shipping and warehouse documents
Issue various documents to customers as needed or requested
